This dynamic half-day course equips managers and team leaders with the ability to recognize different behavioral styles and adapt their communication accordingly. Participants will learn how to observe key behavioral cues (Assertiveness and Responsiveness), identify the four primary Social Styles (Driving, Expressive, Amiable, and Analytical), and master the art of "Style Flexing."
